Hello! I’m Ashley—born and raised in the sunny Southern California desert, where the sun graces us nearly 365 days a year. I’m a wife, mom to two amazing kids, one lovable dog, and a backyard full of chickens. You can usually find me barefoot in the sunshine or lifting weights at CrossFit (yes, still barefoot). I love baking sourdough, getting lost in a good book, and taking long walks.

I know what it’s like to feel frustrated, unwell, and without answers. My personal journey through gastritis, hormonal imbalances, postpartum anxiety, and chronic Epstein-Barr symptoms sparked my passion for helping others find lasting wellness. Today, I support women who are ready to feel vibrant, strong, and truly thrive again—through a bio-individual, root-cause approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

  • I’m a CrossFit L1 coach and happiest when I’m moving.

  • Sunshine is my therapy—I swear everything feels better under the sun.

  • My youngest is homeschooled, and we’re embracing the adventure together.

  • I love exploring local coffee shops…even though I don’t actually drink coffee.

  • I’m a creature of habit—I thrive on routine and love the rhythm it brings.

  • I’ve lived in the Desert my entire life and I’m still not tired of the view!
