Frequently Asked Questions

What is nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic, root-cause approach to wellness. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, I look at how diet, lifestyle, and environment affect your health. Together, we create a plan that supports your body’s natural ability to heal through nutrient-dense foods, lifestyle shifts, and targeted supplementation.

How is this different from working with a dietician or a nutritionist?

Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, Nutritional Therapy is bio-individual. That means I tailor recommendations to your unique health history, symptoms, and lifestyle. Rather than handing you a generic diet plan, I help you understand your body’s specific needs and how to meet them.

do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! I work with clients virtually, so we can connect no matter where you’re located.

What can nutritional therapy help with?

I often work with clients who want support with digestion, blood sugar balance, energy, sleep, stress management, and hormone health. My goal is to help you feel vibrant and resilient—without relying on restrictive dieting.

what happens in a session?

Our first session is a deep dive into your health story, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I create a personalized plan that may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle practices, and supplement support. Follow-up sessions track progress, make adjustments, and celebrate wins.

Can nutritional therapy replace my doctor?

No. Nutritional Therapy does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. It’s designed to complement the care you receive from your healthcare providers by supporting your body’s natural ability to heal.

do you create meal plans or track macros?

No—I don’t create strict meal plans or require macro tracking. Here’s why: restrictive plans and constant tracking can feel overwhelming and often miss the bigger picture of health. Instead, I focus on helping you add nourishing, nutrient-dense foods into your routine in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable. By emphasizing abundance over restriction, you’ll learn how to naturally balance your meals, support your body’s needs, and build habits you can stick with long term.

how long does it take to see results?

Every body is different. Some clients notice changes within a few weeks, while for others it may take a few months to see lasting improvements. Consistency matters, and I’ll guide you every step of the way.
